Who we are

This website is operated by Xenium Cloud Technologies, Utrecht, the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). We are the controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: hi@xeplatform.com.

This policy covers the website only. Data processed by Aegironix deployments runs in our customers’ own infrastructure and is governed by the agreements with those customers.

What we collect

• Cookie choice. One essential cookie records whether you accepted or declined optional cookies.
• Optional analytics. Only if you accept, we may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, in aggregated form.
• Enquiries. The contact form does not send data to our servers. It opens an email in your own email app. When you send it, we receive the details you chose to include.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

Why and on what basis

We process enquiry data to respond to you and to discuss a possible business relationship, based on our legitimate interest and, where relevant, steps prior to a contract. Optional analytics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Security logs are processed based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and for up to two years afterwards unless a longer period is required by law. Your cookie choice is kept for up to twelve months.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and email, under data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

Please do not send controlled data

Do not include export-controlled, classified or other sensitive technical information in enquiries to us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
