Hybrid AI for Suppliers and MRO Providers

You hold your customers’ drawings, fleet data and programme terms, often for competing primes and operators at once. Aegironix keeps each customer’s data separate and private in your own infrastructure, uses managed AI only for public work, and gives every customer an audit trail they can inspect.

The Same Problems, With a Twist

Suppliers and MRO providers face everything a prime faces, plus three pressures that come from working for many customers at once.

Reason 1Customer Separation

Every customer’s data must stay separate.

Drawings from one prime must never inform an answer for another. Generic AI tools cannot enforce that boundary.

The cost: One leak can end a supplier approval.

Reason 2Flow-Down Requirements

Your customers’ rules become your rules.

Primes flow down cybersecurity, export-control and quality clauses, such as DFARS, CMMC and AS9100 requirements, that decide where their data may be processed.

The cost: Unapproved AI use can breach the contract itself.

Reason 3Customer Audits

Customers audit how you use AI.

Operators and primes increasingly ask which tools touched their data, and they expect evidence rather than assurances.

The cost: Weak evidence slows renewals and new approvals.

One platform, a clear boundary per customer.

Aegironix gives each customer and programme its own private workspace, its own rules for managed AI and its own audit log, all inside your infrastructure.

Built for How You Work

For Tier-1 and Tier-2 Suppliers

  • Separate Workspaces per CustomerDrawings, specifications and terms for each prime and programme stay in their own workspace.
  • Flow-Down Clause MappingContract clauses mapped to the security, quality and export-control requirements they bring, for your team to confirm.
  • Quality SupportNon-conformance analysis, 8D drafting and first article inspection packages grounded in your own procedures.
  • RFQ and Bid ComplianceCustomer requirements checked against your draft response and answer library before the bid review.

For MRO Providers

  • Separate Fleet Data per OperatorEach operator’s work orders, component histories and reliability data stay apart.
  • Repeat-Defect AnalysisRecurring defects traced across work orders and component histories, with the approved data cited.
  • Task-Card and Manual Q&ATechnicians ask in plain language and get the exact step from your approved procedures, with the section cited.
  • Inspection Vision at the Site EdgeBorescope and NDT imagery pre-screened on private models in your hangar, with an inspector confirming every flag.

How Customer Separation Works

Separation is built into the platform, not left to user discipline.

Separate Knowledge Bases

Each customer or programme has its own indexed sources. Retrieval never crosses a workspace boundary.

Access by Role, Programme and Licence

Users see only the workspaces their role, programme and export authorisation allow.

Managed AI Set per Customer

Switch managed AI off entirely for customers whose contracts rule it out, without affecting other work.

Evidence per Customer

Every request, source, route and approval is logged per workspace and can be exported for that customer’s audit.

Questions from Suppliers and MRO Providers

Can we keep each customer’s data completely separate?

Yes. Each customer or programme gets its own knowledge base, access rules and audit log inside your infrastructure. Retrieval is limited to the workspace a user is working in, so one customer’s drawings, fleet data or terms never inform an answer for another.

Can a customer require that managed AI is never used for their work?

Yes. Managed AI is switched on or off per workspace. If a customer’s contract or security requirements rule it out, their workspace runs on private models only, while other work can still use managed models for public research.

What evidence can we give customers who audit our AI use?

Aegironix logs every request, source, route and approval per workspace. You can export a customer’s own log, together with our architecture and data-flow documentation, to answer their questionnaires and audits. How you use that evidence in your compliance programme remains your decision.
